    Claim not upheld does not equate to frivolous. The Judgment didn't say claim 3 was frivolous. IFoA don't have a complaints process that handles discrimination complaints by members, so the matters had to go to Court. The AAE claim is being reconsidered for the 2017 case as fresh evidence has emerged, some of from the 2019 case, some of it emerged after the 2019 hearing, which IFoA failed to disclose in 2017. It's funny how you as a Fellow are satisfied with Fellowship rather than Associateship traded with the Europeans...

    Lol - thanks. I'm very proud of qualifying :) Are typical IFoA members also proud of their achievements too? I think we all should be proud of our achievements, there are far more important things than the IFoA and exams!!

    Thousands of British actuaries suffering longer qualification times, or even failure to qualify, due to IFoA's discriminatory arrangements - that's a very serious issue. I think you know that full well, proudactuary...

    I'm proud of the claimant's achievements in Court. Aren't you? He stood up against discrimination carried out by a multi-million pound qualifications body and won. People like him should be respected in this profession. People who took part in the discrimination or did nothing about it when brought to their attention should be thrown out of anything to do with the profession.

    Did it succeed?

  6. I too am proud of the claimant for standing up to unlawful discrimination.
    He has attempted to civilise the profession.

  7. ProudActuary, Can I please ask you a neutral question my friend.
    Have you ever litigated in court??

    Why do you ask?

  9. I think you would benefit from doing so. I dont think you have bad intentions, but you do appear to be slightly misguided as we all are until we litigate.

    You are correct in that I don't have any bad intentions!

    What's your experience of litigation with the IFoA? Is your claim ongoing?

  11. So have you ever litigated against anyone??

    I don't understand this point - perhaps you could clarify

    4 > 2.
    2 != 4
    4 = 2*2 = 2+2

  15. If fees went up by 30%, would people complain??

    BTW
    Fraud is wrong

    As suggested by almost_there - I think you should stop scaremongering that fees may go up.

  17. They are definitely going up. The two women that are also taking the profession to task are likely to succeed.
