What have they done in part (iii) solution, can anyone explain? I have got Gamma(y1n1/c + y2n2/c(1+r) + alpha, n1+n2+lambda) as posterior distribution in part (ii) result. So E(theta|y1,y2) =[ y1n1/c + y2n2/c(1+r) + alpha ] / [n1 + n2 + lambda] this much I could understand. But c(1+r^2)/n3 is coming to multiply with it?? Anybody please help.
