I wish I could say it was fun, but at least I made it!

Congratulations to everyone else who made it, good luck to those who didn't.

On the plus side, it broke a record for the ActEd forum!

They are still not showing on the exams past list page! Very odd.

    Edit: They are now.

Just checked as well - showing up for me.

  7. Thanks all!

Big thanks to all of you for keeping me sane during the past hour or so. And for posting the results here!

I tried the link first and couldn't find my name on the pass list... went through the acceptance of failure phase for a good ten mins, only then to realise that although it's said Apr 09, the page still was for Sep 08! %$*&***!
Checked the posts here and so very happy my name is on the list :)

Just realised. Passing means I have to do CA3 next sitting (my promise to myself).

    What a mood kill.

    Cheers!

I hope they send out an email apology tomorrow!

For the CT1 exam for non-members, why doesn't it say how many people sat it?

I wondered the same. Would have been interesting to compare pass rates (although not knowing whether these candidates are working or not, how much study leave they have, other exams they have and the actuarial students have would all influence the results. Maybe this is why they did not publish it so we cannot compare!)

Also, if there is a 'Certificate in Financial Maths' for them, should the rest of us not get it as well if we have passed the exam??

I wondered the same thing about the Certificate in Derivatives for qualified who wrote ST6.
