Work experience entry for CV

Hi there,

I'm updating my CV and need to put in an entry for the 2 years I just spent as a trainee pensions consultant actuary. I entered the job straight from college, so the work I was doing wasn't very advanced; lots of excel work and 1 person DC schemes.

So basically I was wondering if anyone could give me a copy of their work experience cv entry if they have had a similar job. This would be very helpful for comparison purposes.

Thanks a lot.

I think that each job is unique in its own way and it is difficult to compare CVs. My suggestion is that you can make your experience sounds better by stating how did your job fit into the bigger picture.

You can also get a recruitment consultant to help you with your CV. I did when I was looking for a job last time - all you need to do is to register your interest in finding a job and ask for their help with CV.
