   I know the exam starts 2pm in the UK, but if I'm in the US, does it start 2pm my time, or 2pm UK time (which would be 9am where I am?).

   I believe it starts at 2PM in whatever time zone you are in. Of course, that is assuming the proctor is on time (which she was not for last April's sitting in NY ).
