   When are exams questions usually set?
   
   So e.g. for April 2013 session, will exam questions be set in say October 2012?

   As I understand it the April and September papers are written at the same time (typically over the summer).
   
   I presume you're doing a later exam and want to know when to look at the press clippings from that time?
