In page 20 of chapter 0 , last para the actions available for an health underwriter is mentioned. Why is deferral not mentioned as an option ?
According to my notes, this list is just a selection of examples (the sentence starts "For example ..."!). There's a more comprehensive list in Chapter 27 in the Underwriting section
