   Reference CMP-page 20 Section 4.
   In CK equation probability for small time interval is
   \(\mu_kj\)
   But in next line it is as...
   \(P_jk=h\times\mu_jk\)
   So the transition should from k to j.
   Is it typo?

   Not a typo. The subscripts on the mu must match the subscripts on the p.
