Hi there

A bit of lat minute help please! Can someone please tell me which one is for the transition rates and which one for the probablilities. I always thought transition matrix was for the rates and the generator matrix for the probabilities but in Oct 2007 qu 10 they use the generator matrix for the rates. I'm so confused and it's oftern not clear by the question either.
