I'd be interested to find out how new graduates starting work as an actuarial student get training in their specific workplace and what the training is like.........This may differ according to: -type of work -size of firm What I'm more curious about is, say after a years work experience, how familiar are you with work techniques and after how long can one work on a project quite independently or with minimal supervision.
