Topics to memorise

Can anyone let me know which chapters to memorise? I know that we need to know all three accounting approaches and the differences but wanted to know what other topics should be memorised.

Hmmm ... you could miss one chapter out and then there could be a 50 mark question on it.

You can use the last few years' past papers to see what has been most commonly examined in recent times - topics such as covenant, SFO funding, investment, PPF, incentive exercises, scheme redesign and accounting have all featured heavily. But it'd be a dangerous approach to only focus on these, it's not a strategy I'd recommend.

And given ~90% of the marks are for application, it is far more important to be able to use what you know. Memorising lists will not be sufficient to pass SA4.
