    Hi

how much time/study hours is needed to prepare for Subject CA3?

    i.e. read study notes/complete assignments/complete Q&A Bank/past exam questions

how much time/study hours is neeed to complete the pre-course workbook?
is the latest this can be submitted two weeks for the deadline?

Is it quite difficult to get to exam standard? I have about 6 weeks.

Thanks very much for your help.

Unfortunately, depending upon your starting skill level it can take very different amounts of time to get to exam standard. If you twisted my arm, I'd say an average of 50 hours - but we all know how misleading averages can be!

As a starting point you need to do an assessment (e.g. assignment, mock, past paper) & get feedback (either by self-marking, getting a colleague to mark or using ActEd marking). That will give you an idea of the gap you need to bridge to get to exam standard.

Hopefully you've get well stuck in by now. Its not one to under-estimate... I think the low pass rate is mainly down to underpreparation rather than lack of ability.
