Chapter 3 introduces, if I remember correctly, a NCD model, a Accident proneness model and a modified NCD. The course notes refer to these as Models 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3. It also mentions Model 0. I'm sure I remember seeing this somewhere, but looking back through the notes it's not jumping out at me. Has somebody hidden it, and if so can I have it back please?
