the age old question - Marks!

Hi,

I know this is a question that often gets asked. However, I feel obligated to ask once again :)

In CT1 forums, 65 was generally accepted as the "safe zone" for passing. I can see that CT7, in general has a higher pass rate than CT1. However, does that also translate to the same "safe zone" mark as CT1?

Would it be possible for someone to guess what the "safe zone" for CT7 might be? Would it be as high as 85?

I do realize that this is a very difficult and abstract question. I was just hoping that I get some perspective from senior users and moderators as I am beginning to write mock exams and would like some inputs :)

The CT7 pass mark is generally about 65% or so - though it may well be higher or lower than this on any particular paper.
