Ref. to IAI subject 101 May 2004's paper's question no. 15 and its solution. How are they getting 69.47, 87.53 etc. values? Can anybody interpret please? I tries to approach the sum usind N(0,1) test but after seeing the solution I am not being able to get how they did approach? Posting both question and solution.

177*157/400 = 69.47
223*157/400 = 87.53
The expected frequencies are found by multiplying the row total and the column total divided by the grand total.

In the solution, they've mistakenly wrote the totals of the second part.
