Hi I thought to ask this question after looking at the 2013 Written exam (Pension Scheme Deficit). Part of the request is to write about the transfer basis compared to the valuation basis. Also, the question contains information about commutation experience. i) where in the technical notes do we find information about transfer basis and coummutations? ii) the examiner's solution doesn't even mention the transfer basis, or have I missed something?
