Table question discrepancies

Hi there,

I've been going through some past exam questions and the questions which rely on the tables always give slightly different answers to me.

For example, in one question it asks to calculate P(Z < 0.3229)

Looking up in the tables 0.32 and 0.33 I find P(x) = 0.62552 and 0.0.62930 respectively.

The answer gives 0.6266. Is there something I'm missing in this?

Kind regards,

JRB

What answer are you anticipating? You need to interpolate.

This is the second time I posted a question on here and received a one sentence answer that made everything clear as a bell.

Roll on the exams >.>

Many thanks.
