Under syllabus objective (iii)4. what does frequency-based experience in terms of a Markov Chain mean? Will understanding Models 5.1 to 5.5 in Chapter 3 satisfy this objective? Thanks.
I think it means things like NCD systems. If you understand the theory of Markov chains, you should be able to apply it to any model that the examiners might throw at you.
