    Hi All,

    You have a survival function for a given age x.
    Sx(t) = (2400 -20*t -t^2)/2400

    is Sx+10(t) = (2400-20*(t+10) -(t+10)^2)/2400 ?

    No - you seem to have Sx(t+10) on your RHS.

    To work out Sx+10(t) based on Sx(t) you can do the following:

    Sx+10(t) = Sx(10+t)/Sx(10)

    See the start of Chapter 7 for the reasoning behind this, if it's not obvious.
