Will we lose marks for having short-hand symbols to represent stuff that cannot be written using 'normal'/'easy' Word text in our Summary?

For instance, the annuity functions which cannot be written quickly in Word format, we can devise our own short-hand versions of symbols without using the subscripts etc.

Once it's clear I would imagine you won't lose marks.

However, good question for the examiner on day 1, which is what it's for.
