    Dear All,

I have a question to those who has passed CT4, specially in near past.

I wrote CT4 ago and couldn't pass. But somehow one notion has created inside me that CT4 study material provided by ActEd is not enough. So my question to you is that

    - Am I thinking right?

    - If I am right, what else (not flashcard nor any reminder/revision material) should I study, like reference book etc.?

    - If CT4 ActEd study material is enough for preparation for exam, what should be the right way for preparation?

I shall by highly obliged if you kindly care to answer my doubts. I am totally confused. Please please answer me. I am going to write CT4 in April.

The study material provided is comprehensive and about as good as you will find and certainly more relevant. There are textbooks like Dickson, Hardy, Waters:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Actuarial-M...rnational-Science/dp/0521118255/ref=pd_cp_b_0

but I don't see the need, to be honest.

My advice? Get the revision books and make sure you know and understand how to do every single question in them. If you can do them all correctly the exam will not hold too many surprises.
