Is there any thing ( soft copy/hard copy/notes/reference books etc.) in simple language apart from the study material to gain the concepts of stochastic process and Markov chains.
As study material sometimes I feel easy to understand and sometimes not?
Am confused....!!!

Study Material is enough and very good, its because CT4 is odd subject and you may did not have academic background for those topics take time and solve different problems.
