Opportunities in Singapore, Dubai etc

I am sorry I am not assisting but instead seeking some information from the part of the world that you are in.

I am considering relocating to Singapore, Dubai etc.

I am left with CT8 to get the Diploma. How are the opportunities there for someone like me. I know experience comes into play as well but how is the job market.

Would you please link me up with recruitment agencies in that part of the world.
