Chapter 2 - stakeholders, I cant understand how an actuary would advise a policyholder- is that not a job for financial advisor?
In my previous job, I helped to reply to policyholders queries. For example, the policyholders maybe puzzled as to - why has the premium rate gone up by x%? - why is the surrender value quoted now not as high as expected? etc.
