Hi

I am thinking of writing ST9 in the near future.

I would like to know how much knowledge of CT6 and CT8 is required for ST9 (I have done both these CT's more than 5 years ago).

How many study hours is needed in order to complete the ST9 course?

Thanks in advance for your resposnes!:)

A lot more hours than other STs because there are 2 books, core reading, S&P paper, IAA note and ActEd summaries to learn, whereas for other STs you only have ActEd summaries with core reading.

There are also less papers to practice with.

ST9 is not as technical as CTs, and you would expect only approx. 20% of paper to be calculation based. You don't need to remember everything from CT6 or CT8, and the relevant bits are included in ST9.
