Hi tutors, I'm confused by a change in the CMP upgrade. Page 8 says that chapter 13 page 7 has a change to the first paragraph in the section on accident years. But the description given sounds like it is talking about reporting year - it says group claims according to year they are reported...is this a mistake or has the meaning of accident year actually changed?? Well spotted error404! This change should refer to Chapter 13 page 9, the first paragraph in the section on reporting years. I shall amend the online CMP upgrade and put a note in the corrections document. Thanks for letting us know.
