   I would like to go through a worked example using the Acted coursenote recommended link http://tinyurl.com/p4gu5op in section 5.5 of chapter 15,however this is no longer available. Do anyone got a workable link?

   Unfortunately the underlying paper is no longer available and so the reference has been removed from our 2018 and post materials.
