It sounds like the ST6 exam style was similar to the ST5, in that they didn't ask any calculation type questions. Considering the amount of material based on this type of question, I was shocked to find no questions covering what I had spent most of my time learning. The last question, which was the only one with a single part (4 marks) with calculation, was not directly covered in the material (although the material did cover the topic in general). Yet, this was very similar to the April exam question. I'm sure this was badly answered in April, which is probably why they asked it again in September. Why is this not dealt with in more detail in the material.
Detailing it in the notes would make it too straightforward. That would take all the fun right out of doing exams. I'm SO looking forward to the next session . Aren't you?
steven74 glad to see ur gamemanship spirit is still rocketing away after yesterday maybe the rules would be more interestong and tense if we called it a millitary game.... destroy and annihilate any bookwork regiments the examiner poses in defence break the codes embedded in his numerical questions but beware of his "application type bombs"... for u have to answer the question set ............. or else the enemy wipes u out! lol
Say that again? As I understand it the April and September exams are written at the same time - so if something is answered badly in one year - it will come up in the next year. Therefore, it seems that the examiners have a pet topic this year (or not too much imagination!)
hi steven 74 well i have to test it out yet but im sure it ll make exams look fun!!! lol just can wait to "judgment day" March 2006 and of course when you do cock up an exam you can always say like the terminator "Ill be back" keep winning steven!!!
