Hi guys. I want to apply for an ST0 exemption on the basis of my post grad dissertation. I did an Msc in Financial Engineering and the dissertation was centred on Markov Chains. One of the requirements for the application is that a qualified actuary should write a letter to IFOA explaining the relevance of the dissertation to actuarial work. How long should this letter be? How much detail is required? Thanks for your help
