The special overseas rate is abolished. This is wonderful news! I first complained about it back in June 2011, with reference to the Equality Act.

"Discounted prices are available to all students whose income is less than £7,140.00 per annum regardless of where you live or work. The list of 'Special overseas rate countries' is no longer used."
