SP6 or SA7 - Sep Sitting

Hi,
Am deciding on which exam to take for the Sep 2024 sitting and have just sat SP5 in April. Since it's a shorter session am wanting the easier of either SP6 or SA7. Does anyone have an idea/ opinion on workload between now and Sep?

I cant speak for SP6, but SA7 has relatively little core reading, but there is often only a modest part of the exam that is based on the core reading. You need to be well-versed on SP5, and also quite well read on economic issues that have hit the headlines over the previous 2 years or so. (There is also a certain amount of luck in that there are only 3 or 4 questions and it can be a good year where most of them are do-able). But its no more or less time consuming than any other SA subject.

thanks Colin. Am worried about the difference in exam technique and there not being enough time until September to do enough to pass but I suppose having just done SP5 that would be more optimal than not remembering much of it and doing it later.
