Is the correlation coefficient (both approximate and exact) for the serial correlations test included in the formula book?
No - it's only included in for the approximate case. It's on page 34 of the Tables. If you don't have a copy of the Tables, I'd suggest buying one, so you're familiar with what's in there before the exams. You can purchase them from the eShop on the Professions website.
