The solution says that the ratio of probability of passing against failing increases by a factor of e^0.209 , where is the 0.209 coming from? How come it's not by a factor of e^0.264?

It's always helpful to post a screenshot of the exam question to help others help you.

The 0.264 is the complete linear predictor for a female from part (iii). In part (iv), we are dealing with males and the comment is referring to the change per year of age (ie the male age coefficient) rather than the total linear predictor.
