Which doesn't make sense to me - I mean, it sounds like it's saying that a complicated complaint takes the least amount of time (0.25 days per response) to respond to and a straightforward one takes the most amount of time (2 days per response) The solution suggests that I am reading thins incorrectly but I still can't seem to see why. Can anyone explain this please?
