Hi, Above question asks for the issues that the actuary should consider when preparing the particular report. I believe that this question is related to chapter 1. The chapter describes many factors and issues to be considered when doing a professional job. Among those listed, only few are mentioned in the examiner's report. I feel that the answer concentrates on only those issues related to the preparation of report. Can someone help me to understand the relevance of those issues (in the examiner's report ) to the preparation of report and why other issues listed in the core reading are not related in this particular circumstance.
