I thought the solution was far more unclear than the question. The examiner's report put a large emphasis on changes to terms and conditions but hardly considered data or assumptions.
i'm glad i'm not the only one to not get this question, or the solution. Half the solution is about changes in T&C, something i mentioned in one sentence. I re-read the question several times and still can't figure out what exactly is being answered. Very demoralising!
Even more demoralising to know that these are the standards for accepting someone into the profession.
