Question asks about alternatives to an acquisition answer describes 5 options including partnership, joint venture and merger and the merits of each. Would we be expected to know the differences in these structures? If yes, could someone give a simple overview of the differences as they aren't mentioned in the SA2 notes although I do have a vague recollection of them going back to one of the early CTs possibly on one of the accounting subjects. Thanks
