Can anyone explain Question 9 (ii) of the September 2005 paper?

This is a question on the inflation-adjusted Bornheutter-Ferguson method.

Other than explaining the method as we have in the notes, I'm not really sure what we can say here? We can help if there's one particular aspect of it that you're unsure of but you would need to be a bit more specific,

    Good luck!

Thank you for your reply. I am stuck in the last part. how the figures 1,149.8; 770 and 459.4 were obtained.

    Thanks
