RDR, EU Gender Directive pratice questions?

Hi,

Starting in 2013, two significant regulatory changes will become effective. The retail distribution review and the EU Gender Directive both came into force on 1/1/13, if I understand correctly.

I was hoping that a tutor might be kind enough to set out a practice exam-style question on these two topics, ideally with some bullet-point things for me to mark against. Something applied, rather than simply book learning.

From what I can see, there are no practice questions of this type in the Q&A Bank and I haven't seen it examined either (though I haven't done an exhaustive search).

Any help would be much appreciate.

Kind regards,
Marty

Folks,

On the EU Gender Directive; I bumped into this:

http://www.actuaries.org.uk/researc...alth-and-care-examiners-report-september-2012

I think the question 2 is a good measure of what we could get and I wouldn't think a question on the topic is likely to drift away from this (?).

For me the examiners report is going to be my "daily-bread" for the days leading up to 22nd April and fingers crossed! We all master it and pull the averages / pass-mark up .... LOL!

Regards (oh....wait!!)

I dug further and found something on RDR:

See page 149, question 3iii to vi:

Enjoy!
