Quantitative Section

There is a significant amount of material on matrices, covariance, correlation, etc with theorems/lemmas.

Given that the exam questions are likely to contain more of 'applied' quantitative questions, can we then shift our attention to other sections of the study material rather than trying to memorize/learn off by heart every logical step of the maths in McNeil et al textbook? This is also what the ActEd summary seems to suggest.

Any feedback from the tutors will be appreciated.

An excellent question, one I came on to ask just now!
