   Hi,
   Could someone please explain the way that in (iii) we've gone from lamba being 0.375 +- 0.927i to confirming that the magnitude of the roots is strictly one. I'm not sure of the intermediate steps.

   The magnitude of a complex number a+bi is given by \(\sqrt{a^2 + b^2}\)
