Little puzzled with the 2nd integral in the first line within the solution, i.e. how the "(t-15)p45 - tp45" part represents what we need? Can somebody explain a little more in depth how this situation is modelled, when we have to have the 2nd death within a specified period following the 1st death? Thanks!
