    In part (i), how did they arrive at this conclusion of:

    " The additional probability for the other tail can only increase this value. So the result is not significant even at the 10% level."

    P(getting 0 correct) = 10.7%.

    How did they come to the conclusion?

    To be significant at the 10% level requires the p-value to be smaller than 10%.
    This is not the case - hence the conclusion.
