    Can we put sections in an article, or is it meant to be 1 continuous document but just separated into paragraphs?

    The section on "Articles" on page 59 of the Course Notes suggests using subheadings, but many articles in newspapers do not and the specimen answer to Question 5.3 does not, so perhaps it's up to you!

    I recommend using sub-headings to split up any text into clear sections.

    It helps you plan and focus on what you are writing in every section and helps the reader (the examiner!) know what you are talking about too.

    As a rough rule of thumb, you should not have more than half a page of A4 without a new sub-heading.
