professionalism course

    another money question....

    who pays for the professionalism course you have to do when you qualify? you or your employer?

    and you can guess why i've asked this!!!

    It is usually your employer. It is a bit harsh if they ask you to pay (a little unreasonable even).

    Your pay rise is for qualifying... And for working, for the most part, 5 days a week instead of 4.

    It has nothing to do with paying for the professionalism course. A good employer should pay for it (that is how it works in London Market GI).
