Probabilities 'from 0'

    What is meant when a distribution or probability is said to be “from 0”?

    This phrase is used numerous times in CT3-06, namely in Question 6.1, Example 6.3, Question 6.4, Example 6.4, Question 6.7, Question 6.10, Example 6.6, Question 6.15 (twice), on page 22 line 5 and in Question 6.22 (and probably others that I have missed).

    It appears that all of our cross reference links have broken in this chapter.

    I'm very sorry for this. The joint discrete distributions questions and examples are all referring back to Example 6.1, whereas the continuous ones refer back to Example 6.2.
