    Can anyone give me an idea of how to calculate age/sex factor used to normalise PMPM cost.

    PMPM means Per Member Per Month

    Don't really understand what you are asking then.

    Why would you want to normalise the cost?! If you are pricing a PMI (assuming that's what you mean by health plan), you will work out the risk cost for each age and gender, e.g. using GLM.
