Sometimes a question asks for practical problems, see S08 6 (ii), the ER excluded volatile exchange rates.

How do we distinguish practical problems from 'problems'?
 
For this question I think it's like the actual problems the investor would have in obtaining and managing overseas property rather than the general issues with overseas property such as not matching domestic liabilities and currency risk. So in general, maybe think if it as the problems in implementing some strategy or something instead of the problems with the strategy itself?
