Well spotted! This isn't permitted in the actual exam as no 'external sources' of information may be used during the formal examination.
 
Would you actually be penalised for using an image that you found somewhere other than Clipart?
 
I'd steer clear of using too many graphics as they can look 'gimmicky' and spoil the tone of your presentation. Think about who your audience is in making any clip art choice.
 
You could be penalised, as the examination rules state that you shouldn't use any external resources, and photos will have been obtained from an external source.

I recommend that you focus your attention more on the key aspects of communication that the examiners are looking for, namely: identifying the objectives in communicating (clearly and completely), and answering (clearly and completely) in a manner that makes is easy for the recipient(s) to understand.
