Hi All

Hope this isn't an off limits subject

Being the money obsessed sort of guy I am I'd be very interested to know what pay rises other companies give for passing an ST subject.

I've gone for round numbers in the poll - if you don't match exactly I guess go for the closest

Last company gave 2000 to 3000.


But my new line manager was <not very nice...!> to work for.

So I went to a company thet pays a higher salery, but gives discretionary pay rises when you pass.

Basically I dont know what I will get if I pass st1?
